What does oasis mean?
The bible often compares living a spiritual life to finding water in a dry place. We want to be an oasis for people who are “dry” in life. Oasis is a place where you can find hope, community, and peace in the middle of darkness, loneliness and turmoil.
What are your weekend services like?
At our services, you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting and fresh worship music. There are screens that will display the lyrics to the songs and scriptures so that you’ll be able to keep up with everything. A pastor will give a sermon that will help you spiritually and practically in life. Children are cared for in loving, quality classes and fun-filled Oasis Kids services & small groups. Services will be approximately one hour and fifteen minutes long.
What will happen when I visit for the first time?
If you are visiting, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for a while—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if Oasis Church is for you. If you would like us to contact you or if you’d like more information you can fill out a “New Here” card in our NextSteps corner.
What do I wear to attend your services?
You’ll find everything from shorts and flip flops to dress shirts and skirts. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Oasis is not about what you look like or what you wear.
What about my children?
At Oasis Church, your children are a top priority. Our facility is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children’s ministry called Oasis Kids. In addition to our Weekend Services, we offer a mid-week service for middle schoolers and high schoolers Wednesday nights at 7PM.
What are your service times?
We meet every Sunday morning at 9AM, 10:30AM and 12PM. All services are the same experience.
